Granola healthy breakfast option

I like granola because is personal... you can make it as you like it, by adding nuts or dry fruits which you like, you can make a perfect combination for yourself, and you will never be bored with it. I'm showing you my favourite option for granola but you are more then welcome to personalise yours by adding for instance walnuts instead of the almonds or dried apples instead of cranberries. be creative, make your perfect mix and share it with me!

.

Method

Preheat the oven to 160°C/325°F

Line a big baking try with baking parchment.

Cut all the dried fruits and nuts roughly. Leave the corn flakes on the side. Place rest of the ingredients in a big bowl and stired it well.

Spread the mixture out over the baking tray evenly. Bake for 25 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.

Take the tray out of the oven and let the granola cool off while still on the tray. Add the corn flakes and stir it.

Store it in an air tight container for up to 3 weeks.

Serve  with yogurt or milk.
